All Bills Inclusive option

We offer our students the option of taking out an ‘all bills inclusive package’ when they sign up!

The bills inclusive package is a great way for the students to easily budget and makes for an easy life with no in house arguments.

The Bills Inclusive Package includes Gas, Electric, Water, Colour TV Licence, Unlimited Fibre Optic Broadband and Telephone Line (incoming calls only).

The above payments are per person per week and the same amount applies over any half rent period.

If the above listed utility bills are included within your rent then these will be subject to the fair and acceptable usage policy as shown below. This is to ensure that your energy usage is not excessive and stays within reasonable and agreed allowances. These allowances are generous and it is unlikely you will exceed them if you are sensible with your energy consumption.

MAXIMUM ENERGY USAGE PERMITTED

The maximum energy usage allowed per annum is shown below. If the tenancy agreement is less than a year, these figures will apply on a pro-rata basis. If you exceed these limits, your landlord, letting or managing agent reserves the right to apply a Supplemental Charge to cover the amount by which you exceeded the allowance.

BROADBAND CONNECTION AND SPEEDS

The broadband connection supplied in your All Bills Inclusive Option is provided by Glide. The broadband is Fibre Optic, Unlimited and offers speeds of up to 78MB downloads and up to 19MB uploads. The service is not ‘throttled’ during peak times (5pm-12am), meaning that it will not slow down during these hours of the day.

*Tenants that signed up for a bills inclusive package before 01 July 2015 signed up for the standard broadband package as this was the only package available at that time. Meaning that your internet is not fibre optic and reaches speeds of up to 20MB downloads and 1MB uploads.
